John Richardson, Founder & CEO: John Richardson (JR) is Founder and CEO of Preshent, with 30+ years of experience at the intersection of cleantech, AI, blockchain, and enterprise software. He created JR, Preshent’s proprietary compliance intelligence engine, to enable trusted, scalable transactions across energy infrastructure, finance, agriculture, health, and government programs. JR has led multi-sector initiatives for Tribal Nations, deploying multi-megawatt renewable projects while integrating AI-driven marketplaces and tokenized finance. Known for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, he builds platforms that convert complex regulatory, operational, and technological challenges into measurable outcomes. JR’s leadership bridges innovation and impact, ensuring Preshent scales responsibly while delivering economic and social value globally. Karan Patel, M.Sc. Chem Engineering, CSTO: Karan Patel is Chief Science and Technology Officer at Preshent, leading the architecture, development, and strategic deployment of the company’s AI, blockchain, and enterprise systems. He brings deep expertise in sustainability, cloud-based platforms, AI applications, and digital currency solutions. Karan has a proven track record of implementing technology that drives innovation across energy infrastructure and renewable projects, including Tribal initiatives. His work spans secure, scalable blockchain platforms for energy trading and settlement, as well as AI-driven optimization of energy systems. Known for combining scientific insight with hands-on execution, Karan ensures Preshent’s platforms deliver measurable impact while advancing global adoption of decentralized, sustainable solutions.

Zachary Jackson, CRO: Zachary Jackson is Chief Revenue Officer at Preshent, driving the company’s revenue growth and global market expansion. He brings extensive experience in the solar and renewable energy sector, including the management of large-scale Tribal and commercial energy projects. Zachary has a strong record of fostering key partnerships, educating clients, and exceeding sales targets, translating complex energy solutions into measurable outcomes. His leadership in commercial solar sales and renewable programs ensures Preshent’s offerings scale efficiently while delivering economic and social impact. Focused on building revenue through strategic client engagement and market insight, Zachary plays a pivotal role in advancing Preshent’s mission of energy sovereignty and sustainable technology adoption. Isaac Dakota Casados, Tribal Advisor: Isaac Dakota Casados brings nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of renewable energy, public policy, and tribal economic development. He has partnered with more than 100 Native Sovereign Nations to advance millions of dollars in clean energy projects, including solar, wind, and AI-integrated data centers designed to foster energy independence and long-term economic growth. His work emphasizes building sustainable, non-gaming revenue models that strengthen tribal sovereignty. In addition to his consulting work, Isaac has held senior leadership roles in state and national political organizations, where he championed equitable representation and helped shape policy discussions on infrastructure, equity, climate, and energy transition. He also serves as a general partner at one of the nation’s largest Native American venture capital firms and is launching an Indigenous Global Organization (IGO) to scale economic development and investment across Indian Country. With over two decades of experience across enterprise systems, fintech, and emerging technologies, he has guided organizations in building scalable AI platforms and deploying advanced algorithms that deliver measurable impact. Taras serves as AI Principal Advisor, providing strategic direction for the evolution of JR AI and the integration of compliance-driven intelligence into the Preshent OS.
